Who are we?
We are Tenerife Living, a Canarian company born out of love for our land and the pleasure of sharing it with the world.
We live and work in Tenerife, that corner of the Atlantic where the sun shines almost all year round and life is enjoyed unhurriedly.
We have been in the holiday rental business for over 20 years, helping travellers from all over the world to discover the island from a local and authentic point of view. It all started with a simple idea: to offer cosy accommodation in unique locations, with the same warmth as we would welcome a friend at home.
We are passionate about living in the Canary Islands, its climate, its people, its rhythm, its landscapes so different in just a few kilometres, and we are proud to be able to show every corner to those who visit us. For us, there is nothing better than seeing how our guests relax, smile and feel part of the island during their stay.
At Tenerife Living we believe that true luxury is in feeling free and comfortable, in being able to disconnect from routine and connect with what really matters. That is why we take care of every detail and accompany our guests with a close, professional and human treatment.

In our properties we are committed to sustainable solutions such as solar energy, we have reduced our need for external energy by almost 60%, LED lighting and energy efficient practices that reduce the environmental impact without reducing comfort. Every detail is designed to make your experience authentic and respectful of nature. The most important thing on an island is water, both because of the scarcity of rain and the difficulty of finding new aquifers. That is why we always opt for water from nearby galleries, reducing the consumption of water from desalination plants and reservoirs on the islands.
