Golf holidays in Tenerife

Mvery close to our flats and bungalows, both in the north and in the south of the island of Tenerife, there are several golf courses.

Buenavista Golf - 18 holes
Designed by Severiano Ballesteros. It has 18 holes, a par of 72 and a total length of 6,150 metres. It is a challenging course, as some of these holes are on the edge of the cliff and it seems that the ball falls directly into the ocean.

Abama Golf - 18 holes
Designed by Dave Thomas. Overlooking the ocean and surrounding Canary Islands, it is adorned with lakes, waterfalls and 25,000 trees. It has practice facilities, 3 par three holes, putting and chipping greens and GPS buggies.

Golf Costa Adeje - 27 holes
Designed by José Gancedo. 5 kilometres from Playa de las Américas. The greens are large and the course has the same number of pars 3, 4 and 5, starting with a long par 5 of 510 metres.

Golf Las Américas - 18 holes
Situated in an amphitheatre with views towards Playa de las Américas and the sea. It has a par 72, with a total length of 6,051 metres as well as a series of irrigation channels and water gullies.

Golf del Sur - 18 holes
2 courses of 9 holes: north and links. Wide greens and fairways, volcanic sand bunkers and natural ravines. Particularly difficult holes 3 (par 5) and 4 (par 4) on the north course.

Amarilla Golf - 18 holes
Built by Donald Steel in 1988. 2 seaside courses bordering the Amarilla marina. Slightly undulating terrain with water hazards.

Los Palos Golf - 9 holes
Designed by José María Olazábal. 9 holes PAR 3 course with different levels of difficulty. Ideal for practising the short game.

Golf La Rosaleda - 9 holes
It is located a few kilometres from the city centre of Puerto de la Cruz, in the north of Tenerife. Situated in the middle of banana plantations with views of the Orotava Valley, the Teide and the Atlantic Ocean. Ideal for short game practice.

Real Club de Golf de Tenerife - 18 holes
Founded on 18 December 1932. Located 600 metres above sea level. It has a total of 18 holes, with a total distance of 5,740 metres and a par of 71 strokes.
